As General Manager responsible for management of administrative and financial operations at The Play House, a Birmingham based arts educational organisation running two Theatre in Education companies - Language Alive! and Catalyst Theatre - and a variety of other educational projects.  Duties include overseeing all facets of the organisations financial, legal and administrative responsibilities, including shared responsibility for fundrasing, quotations, and client liaison.
As Head of Department gained extensive experience of management of both in-house teams and organising freelance workers, and managing relationships within the team, with other departments, and with visiting staff. 
Both technical, production and time-management skills developed during theatre and corporate employment, from large events at non-theatre venues to small performances at community venues. 
Administration of tours both while on the road and from base. Liaison with members of the public, venues and other professionals, and troubleshooting both before the events and on site. Preparation of pre-show paperwork for venues, and keeping of production accounts.

As stage management responsible for prop research and character reference material, particularly with regard to period pieces, and sourcing of those props and material 
As Company Stage Manager and Technical Supervisor responsible for assessing requirements and sourcing properties and equipment required for the productions 
As Technical Supervisor required to research, particularly via the Internet, corporate details, issues relevant to training programmes (eg harassment, equality, health & safety). Also responsible for sourcing of equipment for both national & overseas programmes.
