Supervising all technical aspects of theatre-based training projects, conferences, events and videos, including conference technical production and event management. Responsible for organizing set construction, technical staffing and sub-contractors, equipment specification and sourcing, fitups and getouts. Also responsible for use and maintenance of the company's in-house technical resources, including their video studio.

Stage Manager of a series of drama-based training projects, commissioned to tackle issues such as morale, communication, customer service etc., staged at conference and business venues around the country.
